Permit - Move Bldg

TO APPLY FOR A PERMIT TO MOVE A BUILDING:

1. Complete the application form - APPLICATION

2. Print out the road map and draw your route - MAP

3. Send both the application and the map with the route shown along with the $20.00 fee to:
