NOTICE:
The Brown County Road and Bridge Department requests sealed bids for a bridge abutment repair. The successful bidder must be ready to mobilize and begin construction as soon as weather permits in 2024. Brown County will require a suitable performance bond executed by one or more surety companies authorized to do business in the State of Kansas for this project. A copy of the specs required can be obtained by calling (785)740-0943.

Sealed bids must be delivered to the Road & Bridge Department at 601 Oregon St., Suite 106 marked (SEALED BID) by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. Please send a total listing of specs included with the bid. Bids will be opened at 8:30 a.m. Monday, February 5, 2024, in the County Commissioners Room, on the first floor of the Courthouse. Brown County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
